When we experience stress, from whatever source psychological, physical, emotional even if it is only perceived stress, the body will activate its stress regulating mechanisms, such as the production of adrenaline.
The bottom line is that stress requires and uses definable nutritional elements.
One consequence of Chronic stress is the depletion of vital nutrients, especially the important biologically active fats in cell membrane, Magnesium, Zinc and some of the B Vitamins.
One very significant growing source of stress, is unseen and virtually impossible to avoid. Electro Magnetic Pollution. Chronic excessive exposure to things like mobile phones and WiFi systems are problems that will have to be addressed.
